happy turkey day

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, well ... a couple of days late ... and so the holiday season begins. We did the Black Friday shopping thing but went to a couple of my favorite stores -- October Moon, Polka-Dot Bead Boutique, World Market ... those places that are nice and beautiful, they make you feel good to be there.

Off to try to get the leaves up out of the yard before the next round of snow. Hard to get in the spirit of the season when there are still leaves to clear, arrhh!
