and, away we go

Off to lose some weight ... or at least begin the quest. This week, I'm cutting out diet soda and artificial sweeteners (this will definitely be tough because I'm addicted to diet coke).

Bean, I am with you all the way. I don't drink diet soda or any soda for that matter, so what should I do. I am really feeling very fat. I know that the exercise thing is big - and I refuse to pay for a gym. Not feeling good about it at all. So we need to work together. Love Mom
